1. To identify, protect and propagate all Indian Indigenous
cow breeds in the home tract.
2. To impose a complete ban on cross breeding with
exotic semen.
3. To ban the use of poisonous chemicals in agriculture.
4. To popularize cow based farming and ban the use
of machines in agriculture which are harmful to environment.
5 To restore the grazing lands for the purpose of grazing.
6 To carry out extensive research on medicinal and
other values of panchagavya and other subjects related
to cow.
7 To include the topics on indigenous cows in school
and university curriculum.
8 To implement effective measures to promote cow based
industry.
9 Strict enforcement of regulations regarding the safe
transport of cows.
10 To enact legislations to protect the basic rights
of the cow and prevent its suffering during life and
death and to impose stringent punishment for violation.
11 To provide protection for cow protectors
12 To establish cow protection Authority of India
13 To bring under one roof individuals and institutions
which work for the welfare of cows
14 To accord the status of the national symbol to cow
and consider it as national wealth.
15 The Government of India should consult the proceedings
of Vishwa Gou sammelana and other ngo.s working on indigenous
breed cattle, before it takes a stand in international
forums and treaties like the Interlaken Treaty of September
2006.
